While the Moretti Chef non-stick cookware range is dishwasher safe, to prolong the life of the non-stick coating it is recommended to wash by hand.

CAUTION:

• Do not use scourers or harsh cleaners; this can damage the non-stick coating.
• Always use a moderate heat setting.
• Do not use spray oils, as they have an ultra thin layer of oil that will burn at low temperatures, and can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non-stick properties of your cookware.
• Do not place the cookware on a heat source larger than the diameter of the pan. Always let the pan cool to room temperature before cleaning to avoid irreversible warping.
